The office is practicing social distancing for in-office appointments and offering virtual appointments for appointments that do not require a visit to the office.

Current Office Procedure:

We are asking ALL patients to wait in their vehicle when they arrive in the parking lot and call the office to notify staff that you have arrived for your appointment. A medical assistant will come out to your vehicle to bring you in to the office. Please have a mask ready to wear inside for your visit. RMFP can provide a mask, although we have an extremely limited supply.

We are utilizing telehealth as much as possible. A computer or phone for audio/video are required for a virtual visit and a quiet space that you are comfortable visiting with your provider in. Please contact our office at 970-484-0798 to determine which visit best fits your needs.

We have all been doing our part in helping prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Remember to take care of yourself and your families during these difficult times. Do continue to see your provider for follow-up appointments, preventive exams, and immunizations.
